Coloured lights on sticks
These are the traffic lights at the junction of the A4 Bath road and All Saints Road in Maidenhead. The people in vehicles have to obey the coloured lamps on sticks or they will all crash into each other. The lights are probably placed on sticks to make them easier to see.
